A bespoke institutional website for an engineering institute

TRIA was created to bring diagnostic engineering before the failure: instead of investigating problems once they show up, the institute trains engineers and structures construction companies to build with method, technique and prevention.

The site had to explain this new positioning with authority, speak to two different audiences, engineers who want to grow their careers and construction companies that want an operation without improvisation, and introduce the founders and the institute's program. The team also wanted to publish technical articles without a developer and keep the site lightweight, with no page builder.

We developed a custom WordPress theme in plain HTML, CSS and PHP with a sober, technical look: dark construction-site photography, a blue accent and strong typography. The homepage presents the institute's thesis, its three pillars (method, technique and prevention), the founders and two cards that send each audience down its own path.

The For Engineers page works as the sales page for the High-Performance Site Engineer program, with an eight-part curriculum and calls to join the next class. The For Construction Companies page presents the operational consulting, and the Content area gathers technical articles with category filters and reading time.
